The personal data obtained verbally, in writing, or through electronic means, in accordance with the purposes for which you give your consent, will be the following:

(a) To verify your identity and information
(b) To integrate your file
(c) To update our database
(d) To provide the services and carry out the purchase and sale of products requested by you remotely (including but not limited to telephone and internet sales services)
(e) To deliver your products to the store and/or to your home and/or provide you with the acquired services
(f) To inform you and/or contact you by any optical, sound, technological, or physical means (WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, email, messaging, among others), regarding the status of your purchases and/or delivery of your products or services
(g) The return and/or exchange of products
(h) The issuance of invoices
(i) One-time payment for services or scheduling of service payments
(j) Video surveillance within our facilities for your safety and that of the personnel therein
(k) To comply with applicable regulations and requirements of the authorities
(l) To address your questions, complaints, and suggestions as a customer

Secondary Purposes:
Your personal information may also be used for:
(a) Sending promotions through various means
(b) Advertising on social media, in the media, in newspapers, and in magazines
(c) Conducting satisfaction surveys to evaluate the quality of our products and services
(d) Offering you any of our services and products
(e) Marketing purposes, commercial prospecting, and for statistical and historical purposes

You may object to the use of your personal data for secondary purposes. To do so, follow the procedure outlined in Section IV of this notice within 5 business days of receiving it. If no objection is raised, it will be understood that you consent to all the purposes listed above. This does not affect your right under Article 26 of the Law or other applicable provisions.

Refusal to authorize secondary purposes will not affect access to our services.

To exercise your ARCO rights:

  1. Send an email to avisodeprivacidad@continental.com.mx requesting the relevant form.
  2. Complete the form and return it with the following documents in scanned format:
    • Official ID

    • Full name

    • Description of the data involved

    • Legal representation documents (if applicable)

You will receive a response within 20 business days. If your request is approved, the right exercised will be applied within 15 business days.

The Controller may deny requests as established in Article 34 of the Law.
Data may not be deleted in cases outlined under Article 26.



REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You may revoke your consent for the processing of personal data at any time. To do so, send an email to: avisodeprivacidad@continental.com.mx to receive instructions.



TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Transfers will be made in accordance with Article 37 of the Law and Article 68 of the Regulations.
